Fairtrade Fortnight 2021

By Mission in Action

On 1 February 2021

Join in, 22 February to 7 March and help make a difference:

Restrictions imposed by lockdown have seen the Fairtrade Foundation responding creatively this year, with an imaginative and thought-provoking online ‘festival’ exploring the impact of the climate emergency on farmers in the developing world. The festival theme is ‘Choose the world you want’, and events during the fortnight include panel discussions, workshops, a virtual wine-tasting session, cook-alongs involving chocolate and spices, and even a virtual pub quiz. The Foundation says: ‘We will be bringing together schools, universities, businesses, supporters, campaigners and farmers from across the world to choose the world they want.’
