St Peter’s garden update

By Alex Potts

On 1 March 2020

At our March 2020 PCC meeting members agreed to explore developing our gardens at St Peter’s to become more of a community resource. We already have a new memorial garden planned on the church’s south side, but there is scope to revisit the design of the lawn area. We’d like to create a special peace and prayer garden where visitors can come to sit quietly and pray, or take time out of their busy schedules. We have a small sub-group looking more closely at the possibilities and they will come back to the PCC with a suggested plan. If you have any thoughts or suggestions please contact one of the church wardens who can put you in touch with a member of our gardening team.
